This website describes services offered through EMB Studios, the client-facing studio of EMB Creations LLC. Website content is provided for general information and may change as services evolve.
Consultations are not contracts
Submitting a consultation does not create a client relationship, reserve development time, or require either party to begin a project. A project begins only after scope, pricing, responsibilities, ownership or licensing terms, and other material terms are agreed in the applicable project agreement.
Planning estimates
Any automated range shown during the consultation is an early planning estimate, not a quote, guarantee, promise of availability, or market benchmark. Final scope, timeline, and price depend on project review.
Portfolio and examples
Portfolio items are shown to demonstrate EMB-built work and capabilities. Third-party names, platforms, or services referenced in a project remain the property of their respective owners.
Ownership
Ownership, licensing, source-code access, usage rights, and handoff terms are defined per project in the written agreement. No website statement overrides a signed project agreement.
